Price ranges based upon season:
Low-Season $175 - $297 per night
Mid-season $225 - $327 per night
In-Season $275 - $375 per night
In addition to the season - Rates vary depending on which
room is selected, if coming weekend or weekdays and the number of nights one is staying.
***Keep in mind all rooms regardless of price will have: private bath with a whirlpool tub, water view, fireplace, king-size bed, cable TV/VCR, free wireless Internet connection, individual thermostat control of Central AC/Heat. A "gluten free" breakfast is also available.
3 nights minimum stay on holidays - 2 nights on weekends.
50% deposit required to confirm reservation.
Balance is paid two weeks prior to arrival.
